A funny thing happened as I was writing songs for the album ‘One’. I started taking deeper breaths, my body would settle and relax, even during challenging and busy days. Our pets would lounge in the room where I was writing and playing the music. I began thinking that others might get a similar benefit, leading me on the journey of recording the album, which I’m now pleased to share.
